We don't run a support desk or a customer service email — this is a small independent guide, not a company. But we do read everything readers send in, and the fastest way to reach us is through the on-site community.
How to reach us
- Corrections and dead links: post in the community discussions on any page. If a link broke or a service changed its offering, flag it there and we'll verify and update the guide.
- Service suggestions: know a legitimate free streaming service we haven't covered? Mention it in the discussions with a link to the service's official site. We'll check it against our criteria — legal, free, works in a browser — before adding it.
- General feedback: the discussions are the right place for that too. Tell us what's useful, what's missing, and what we got wrong.
What we can't help with
We're not affiliated with any streaming service, so we can't help with account problems, billing questions, or technical issues on Tubi, Pluto TV, YouTube, or any other service listed here. For those, contact the service directly through its own official support channels — you'll find them on each service's website.
We also can't recommend or troubleshoot unlicensed streaming sites. If a site looks sketchy, our advice is the same as the guide's: don't use it. Read the main guide for the legal alternatives instead.
Response times
Community discussion posts are reviewed regularly, and corrections backed by a verifiable source get priority. We can't promise a personal reply to every message, but every report gets read.
A note on privacy
The discussions are public, so don't post anything you wouldn't want the whole internet to see — no full names, addresses, phone numbers, or account details. If you need to share something sensitive to report a problem (which is rare), describe the issue in general terms and we'll follow up with what we need. Anything posted publicly can be removed on request, but it's simpler not to post it in the first place.
